I’m finally ready to swap the 440/4 speed into my running and driving RamCharger. Which means the 318, and the 4x4 727 are coming out.
It’s a factory roller cam 318
Has been rebuilt previously with 40 over aluminum pistons.
When I first got it, before I put it in the truck I completely resealed the engine with a FelPro gasket kit, valve stem seals and all.
Factory “302” casting heads
New fuel pump and timing chain.
Factory 4 barrel intake
Factory electronic distributor
Factory rear sump oil pan
Edlebrock 625 that could use a rebuild
Factory truck exhaust manifolds.
I’m keeping the accessories/starter
It could use a paint job.
$450 obo

I also just rebuilt the 727 transmission with a stock rebuild kit from Cope Racing Transmissions.
It’s a lockup style transmission with a stock truck converter.
$100 obo

I’ve put about 750 miles on it since the reseal/rebuild. Starts right up every time, runs through the gears great.
I’ll take $500 if you buy them together.
Will consider trades of all types. Make an offer!

This picture was taken today after I drove it home to start disassembling it.
It will be going into storage tomorrow.

Pulled the pan of the transmission to drain it before removal. There’s some very fine metal flake/clutch material in the pan.
Not trying to pull one over on anyone. Transmission is now $200
