SB - /6 Interchangeability questions

Does a Mopar small block (273, 318, 340) starter fit a slant 6? Does a /6 and SB use the same coil, starter solonoid, voltage regulator, ballast resistor etc?

What parts can interchange?

Yes, to all, all good to go except the coil MAY be different, but capable for use.

Thanks. I might be buying a car with /6 that needs some work prior to driving it home, and all I have is V8 spare parts....so I thought I'd take what I got and see what works! Not sure about the car though..
