My dad bought a 1973 Dodge Dart Sport 340 new back in 1973, and eventually had to sell it when he started having kids. We've been searching for THE car for a while, but we're willing to find one that is just like it.
He has all the original sale papers from when he bought it. Since we have the VIN# we've been trying to locate the exact car without much luck.

The VIN# is LM29H3E333534

He is willing to pay cash for this car.

If we can't find his original Dart, we're willing to pay for one that is just like it. Must be in decent, drivable condition; and would prefer if it had original sunroof.

Please let me know if you can help!

THANKS SO MUCH!

The VIN# is a great start, if you get lucky (like winning the lottery) and find someone that currently has the car or knows of it in some other way. But let me help and suggest that you also provide any additional information you may have, such as what options it had. Mind you, it is very likely that the color and other aesthetic changes have been made through the years, that result in it looking different, but at least that will help some. If you are lucky it is still around and has not been modified much. What color was it, did it have a vinyl top, hood scoop, bumperettes, AC, power brakes, disk or drum on the front, stripe on side, bench or bucket, console, etc., etc.. Some of this information can be determined from the fender tag, and all is on the build sheet, but you do not likely have any of that unless you ended up with some of it or pics of it. What original documentation do you have? Obiously what would be great is if you have any pictures to post here. Good luck, hope you can find it or a replacement.

I am about to put my 1973 Duster 340 Sunroof 4-speed up for sale shortly. Let me know if you are interested and I can get you details.

Thanks.
Tom
