Searching informations about my 65 Dartcharger

Iam looking for the history of my 65 dartcharger in USA
What i know :
- built in 65 at the L.A plant
- shipped in 65 at the Lewiston Dodge Dealer where she was sold
- next she was sold « apparently » in Oregon but need to ask to DMV to have a paper to confirm that
And next I would ask to all Dmv states where she was a paper to follow her history but from France it’s impossible !
So if I can find someone to do that for me (of course I will pay for the dmv paper) or maybe a society do that ?
I bought her to someone in Los Angeles so the history for her in USA finished there and now she’s in France

If you talk about Ulf Andersson iam already in contact with him
But here iam trying to find a kindly and honest person who can do all the administrative demands to the dmv my car was register so Lewiston and then Oregon And then I don’t until Los Angeles when I bought her
