Seat spacers

I have a 70 duster with bucket seats that do not set even .Do spacers go under each bolt that hold the seat down or just under the drivers set

I have aluminum "wagon wheel" looking spacers on all 4 studs on both bucket seats in my Demon. I would think you could use any kind of spacer, even washers if needed....
