shackle bushings

So why are the new bushings I bought for the rear shackles so hard to get in? Do I need to use a hone t
o clean out the holes or is there more than 1 size?

I placed mine in the freezer for an hour or so and they slid right in place.

Me got to remember that one nice tip,in the past I just greased them and in they went a tad tight but went in.
