shackle mount box question.. noob

Hey guys! New to the forum. Im working on my 72 scamp 318. Can anyone tell me where i can get new shackle mount boxes? Thats what im calling them cause not sure if thats the name. My driverside is bad and i need a pair asap. I know i can post a wanted ad in parts area, but if anyone can tell me where i can get a set?

Pretty sure its this? Cant tell cause mine is rusted out. I can get a picture tomorrow in the light. but im 90% sure this is it. Guessing this is pretty bad news and not a quick fix hahaha.

So is that called the perch? Thats the part in the ebay link right? I dont weld so this is a huge problem for me. I got a buddy who does basic stuff, but this needs to be done professionally. My wallet is gonna be hurtin..

That frame rail it attaches to looks pretty thin also.

Im probably going to sell the scamp now... i have no clue where to even start to find someone to fix it, let alone afford it. Its my daily..someone else with knowledge on fixing can buy it.
