Shafers model car thread

there are several dart kits out ther to be had , check out modelroundup.com and you will find many old kits as well as the newest 68 gts which is the kit i built my 69 off of.

I usually find them at flea markets, model kit shows, or ebay. They usually sell for a lot less than the older 1/25 scale kits, as 1/32 is not a popular model builder scale. Your Petty dirt tracker looks great!
 
This is an AMT 68' Road Runner kit I built about 20 years ago.

How long does it take to get a model from Model Roundup?
 
I like it. How did you get the grain pattern for your vinyl top?
