i use to race bikes on the hiway in my juiced 70 duster 243@50 cam 3.23s 26.99 L60-14s 4spd i did lose to 1990 zr1 but he didnt get by me until 150 mph

This is a clutchless 5 speed. Note the tire chirp every gear change.

 
Imo, power shifting is never letting off the gas and shifting as fast as you know how and as good as the equipment will let you. And if your equipment isn't up to par for doing that, then upgrade it before ya blow your engine. Speed shifting is letting off the gas between shifts but quickly while shifting quickly. The old man shifting vid and the Ronnie Sox vid shows power shifting.....

Check out Cynthia Phillips Flower Power 56 Chevy gasser, in car, on you tube. Nine grand plus shifts, using the clutch. Awesome.
