I’ve been thinking about modifying the gate on my OEM forward pattern, console shifter.
Did this many years ago on another car, so I’ve been doing some recent research on FABO re modifying the D & 2 position detents.
Prior to going down that path, I’d be interested to hear some feedback on the operation of ShiftRGate - the good & the bad including whether these should or can be improved on?
I’m also wondering whether there are any issues related to ShiftRGate’s lineal gate layout as opposed to the OE gate which seems to be radially arranged around the shifter pivot point?
