I got this shifter from my boss, I see it's a Hurst super shifter, but other than the handle what is it missing?
this is an h pattern correct?
I also thought the super shifters had a separate lock out feature?

looks like chevy arms, mopars are different.

very nice looking shifter and linkage

The rods are not Mopar, nor are the arms. Well I could be wrong, I think they could work.
The linkrods could be modded to work, except I think reverse will be too short no matter what. No biggie if you gave a torch and a vise and a welder.lol

the arms come out of the shifter, the linkage bolts to the shifter arms

well the only reason I got it was to use the linkage rods, I'm sure I will have to change lengths of 1-2 and 3-4. and reverse I will make a entire new rod but keep the heim ends
but was wondering if I could make the shifter work, if not no biggie lol

go to ebay and cut and paste this number in 301442583846

so those would go right in place of the arms that are in there?
next question. the part the handle bolts to will not move side to side to access the other shift gates, I noticed that there are 2 roll pins driven in each side to keep it in place. is that factory or...?

disregard the last question, I understand how it works... just takes alot of pressure to move it without the handle lol...

also what mounting bracket would I need to bolt it to the a833? I see brewers sells billit mounting pads for "Hurst" shifters

I have a short hurst handle for that shifter, pm me if interested.

Notice the red lever on the left side, that is the reverse lock out on a super shifter III. I modified a stock A body push in handle to work with it.

o.k. I guess there is 2 threads about shifters, some how I got switched over to the other one.
