Can anybody confirm if 8 1/4 shock mounts will work with 8 3/4? If I recall, they do.

Brewers sells reconditioned ones for $90 when he has them.
Wow. Lotsa people around here been chargin way too much for 50 year old crapped up ones.

Yep i lucked onto a set of these a year ago with the U bolts , and shock washers and nuts threaded back into them in the trunk of a 66 fury lll in my local boneyard along with a straight 70 dart front bumper with decent chrome for $35. LOL
Sure i had to sandblast them and paint them, and traded the bumper away for a good front K frame complete from drum to drum.
This stuff is still out there folks you just gotta keep looking.

Anyone know if the speedway ones work? It looks like they need the stud but they sell it too also i read in reviews, someone used it for an 8 3/4 but ehhh

They look like they would work. Mopar shock plates for 8&3/4 also fit 8&1/4 same diameter axle tube. For $19 a side thats a heck of a deal if they do work. They are designed for a standard 3" U bolt. The only question is the width of the spring stack. The spec says up to 2.5" width.
