So if any of you have seen side profile pics of my car (you can actually see it pretty good in my signature), you can see the header comes down real low...I almost ALWAYS scrape on any type of "edge" (say from dirt going to pavement)...and I've read that shorty headers interfere with the stock K-member...does anyone know if it will interfere with the Alterkation K-member? My goal is to get the exhaust as tight up as possible for better ground clearance.

Thanks in advance!
Craig

I have these now: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HED-78050/

They're horrible, but I needed something cheap at the time, now that I have money for an upgrade I'm looking at the TTI headers. One question though, I'm no expert on headers...whats the pros/cons between 1 7/8" and 1 3/4" step headers?

Thanks!
Craig

oh yea those do hang low.... i'm running the tti and have never hit them on the ground. the tube size will depend on your motor combo to which is best for you. don't forget to look into dougs headers, they are pretty much the same as the tti i hear but not a step header and a little cheaper.
