what gear ratio does your car have? what diameter tire you going to be using? thats all ya need know. then use the chart to pick the proper speedo gear. pretty easy. don't over think things.
 
I am an educated man with 2 professional degrees in healthcare and 62. I grew up in Dearborn Michigan and loved working on cars, brake jobs, bodywork, painting, cams even rebuilt a Alfa Romeo V6 engine and it actually ran. Never any formal training like you guys just a love of cars. If I had a longer time on this planet I would add to that list automotive designer, sculpture, welding, metal fabrication artist. My favorite car, the Delahaye. Delahaye was a family-owned automobile manufacturing company, founded by Émile Delahaye in 1894 in Tours, France.

I love learning, and you guys on this forum are the top of the crop!
