Some more pictures of blue fish.

Question for the viewers:

If you notice on the previous set of blue fish pictures the front fender has an emblem mounted behind the front tire that I have not seen on 2nd gen fish before. It says "V Eight".

Does anyone know anything about that? Is that a stock emblem?

The best I can find is they were used from 65-69 on Plymouths.

Hey KosmicKuda,

What the heck is BOG?

I can not remember the story about the red fenders - Which year fish did they put them on and why? (Or am I blending the info I read about the red fender offering on Olds?)

Ma Snart

BOG is Barracuda Owners Group on Yahoo Groups.

The red plastic fender liners were an option on 67 and I think 68 Barracudas. (Can't remember if they were on 69's, don't have my cheat sheet in front of me) They were shipped loose inside the car and installed by the dealer at delivery. It's been awhile since I've seen a cuda with them. Yeah, very similar to the Oldsmobiles.

Last was an awesome 67 B5 383-S coupe.

Busy day, late fish...

There are alot of pictures of this car that I am going to post because with the color of the car many details (particularly underneath) are very easy to see...

Ma, I had a 67 with those emblems. Guess I should mention it was a 273 2bbl.

Hey Rocky!

Thanks for the info. I suppose there are pictures on this thread that have it and I just did not notice...

Always something new to learn

Owner is the same guy who built the Copper-colored 69 in the Summit catalog about 2 years ago. This green 383 car is his wife's. Notice the subtle green striping on the hood and the lower body sides (69 'cuda style)
