Show Us Pictures of 2nd Generation Barracudas

Texas license plates and Texas registration and inspection stickers in the driver's side of the windshield that expire in 2015

Cool car tho.
I always love to check in on this post and I thank you for starting it
At first I didn't like the 2nd gen Cuda too much but it has grown on me and this post was a great help for that.
Some real gems in here

Hey D100ClubCab! Glad you are enjoying the thread.

The reference to Florida was where I was, not where the car was from. Always amazes me how close you guys look at the pics.

Nice to get the positive feedback...

Unseasonably early start to the fishing season here in MN, so we threw open the garage today and got this shot.

Probably an old joke, but here goes:

"Cat fish"

St Patty's fish...

Eye Popping Green Ma!

Easy day for me to remember the misses and my anniversary.

We have had some nice weather in N.Ga finally got around to that wheel molding. Trunk finish panel next once I decide which one to use.

Enjoy a quick ride if you can get over the gear and or bearing noise. Still pondering that.

Least the motor and trans held up all these years.

Hey 1969383sS!

That green would wake your *** up in the morning when you enter the garage, LOL!

Great to see some more pics of your nice 69. It was really cool to take a backseat ride with you in it. Awesome...

Thanks for posting...

nice car, good video, I have the same problem as you with the whine in the diferential, started when I changed from 4.10 to 4.56 gears....mechanics said it needed to break-in?
mine is slightly worse than yours, its annoying.................at least the weather was good hey..

Mine are 4.56 as well, I just do not remember them being that noisy. It was 1988 last time I drove it so maybe it just slips my memory. Ma Snart may chime in, his stout looking B'Cuda is a racer I believe and most likely has some steep gears in it.

Here are the drive axle specs on my fish. Gears are not as deep as yours. Do not remember hearing any rear end noise like yours, but the engine is so damn loud I couldn't hear much of anything anyway - LOL!

Driveshaft - 3 Inch DIA Pro Package 1350 Series w/ U-Bolts
Rear Axle - 9-3/4 Strange 60 (Dana 60) Model PRSL15
Rear Axle Ratio - 4:30 Pro Gears
Differential - Pro Spool
Rear Cover - Aluminum
Rear Axles - 40 Spline Solid SFI Foraged Race Axles
Wheel Studs - 5/8 Inch
