This is my "baby". Great driver but a pain to park since she doesn't have power steering. I am looking into putting ps in her but only if I can do it without butchering the car. She is too original to cut into her.

Awesome looking fish. Be careful with the old 60's power steering. It's very loosey goosey. You lose the feel of the road and it almost feels as if you're on ice. The pro is that it'll handle much better in a parking lot. The con is that it'll suck to drive out on the road where you do 99% of your driving.

Thanks for the info. I was looking into borgeson or something updated. the pump would need to be top-mounted because of space restrictions. If it can't be done, well, she's too much fun to sit in the garage so I guess I'll keep building up my are muscles!

Consider running a skinny front wheel/tire, makes steering with a big block up front a little easier. Plus it looks better IMO :glasses7:

You can still find the 15 x 4 Cragar SS at swap meets or ebay
