Very good question as I always had wondered why, thought maybe I was missing something. Never did it though, however if I take a photo and post it online I may block it out of respect for others privacy, unless I took it because of the tag, sometimes I photograph tags when I find them amusing.

well i can say i dont i tryed to find my old coronet i had its tag down by hart and the dmv said i need the vin to see whos got it now .but i still dont post mine looks like crap i will with my cuda its still got its old ok plate on it .but when i tag it i have to put on the new one grrrrrr
