Sick of these seatbelts - need retractables

I have the seat belts that are a lap belt separate from the shoulder harness. The shoulder harness clips onto the lap belt latch. They are uncomfortable and not adjustable and I have had it with the damn things. Does anyone make retractable conversions for these cars? 73 Dart Sport.
