Site Ad Issues?

my ads are showing up over top of my conversations. Also how do you delete conversations? I can't find that anywhere

I use chrome on my laptop, am a gold member, and have no issues with ads, I also use my android phone, no ads there either

thats because you're gold. No ads

Thanks! I couldn't see it because an ad was popping up over it and covering it up haha

See the box next to the word "Participants" click on "choose action" in the long black box at the bottom of the screen and then "leave conversations"

Was there ever a fix or reason found on the blank banner showing up in the middle of the page? This is what is see as of right now.

What browser are you using?

iPad and iPhone IOS 16.1.1 using Safari browser and use a saved link to the home page.

I have the techs working on it.. Right now, I'm not seeing this myself on my ipad or iphone

In the meantime, clear your cache and internet history. Lets see if that corrects it.
