what are the carbs numbers and what are they off of

They look like Holley 4782 & 4783 carbs. They were sold by Direct Connection (now Mopar Performance) as a "race" replacement for the factory six pack carbs. Other places sold them too. There's a little more about this type of carbs in this thread.
