I haven't been using my Dart much lately and have noticed it is way down on power.

Vacuum is about 10 - 11 at idle which according to all the info I read is 'late valve timing'

The motor is sound, blows no smoke and uses no oil.

Any thoughts ?

Welp, *ahhh* time to pull it an toss in a 318, so long, boat anchor!

All ribbing aside. Dude. Check the timing!

A slant with no power. Sounds ok to me.

But they have the same fuel economy of a warmed over 360.. Half the power.

1. As said, start with the ignition timing.
2. Then run a compression check on the cylinders.
3. Adjust valve lash.
4. If it is running unevenly, shoot some valve cleaner, or carb cleaner followed by oil, at the valve stems through the springs to loosen up any gum in the valve guides.
5. Go through the detailed process of checking the cam timing. Just a worn timing chain will cause these engines to run sluggishly. If this engine has a lot of miles, replacing the timing chain is a good idea anyway.

Even with lots of blow by these should have some gumption. Sounds like timing chain is about to slip, may need a valve adjustment and the fuel may be crap.... Does it speed up when you choke it by hand? May have a vacuum leak....
