Slant 6 head temp sensor

What sizes are the temp sensor brass plug things from the factory ? My original 71 198 is very small , my new head is twice the size .

Old head has the plug tubes & my new one doesn't .

Need a new temp thingy to hook back up to the dash

All you need is a 3/8 male npt to 1/8 female npt fitting. It's a temperature SENDER not a SENSOR. These old cars don't have sensors.
