Slant six dart ticking noise

I have a dart with a slant six and when it warms up it starts to make ticking noise. What would be making that noise?

Adjust the valves correctly. Or you have an exhaust leak near the head. Retorque the manifold. Check the exhaust pipe to manifold gasket.

Hydraulic or solid lifter slant 6 ?

I'm thinking that if solid, and it needed adjustment, the noise would be louder cold, as the clearance is less when hot ??

Hydraulic , piece trash in the lifter, or it's worn enough that the it's not working properly ??

As said above exhaust leak ??
