I don't own one. Never needed one when working on a slant.

They are hard to find. I made my own, from a 7/16 box end wrench. Bent the box end at 90 degrees, and welded a piece of metal to extend the length, then a "T" on the top.
Everyone has an extra 7/16 wrench they could use.

That description sounds like the tool I have for my small block. I don't know why it wouldn't work on a slant, but I always just used a regular wrench or a socket.

I have the Snap On version. It works on the top and bottom bolt.

Every 2 or 3 weeks the wrench you're looking for shows up on eBay. Snap on s9467b. Only problem is you will have to search eBay 3 or 4 times a day. They don't last long on eBay.
