I think it is on the flange where it bolts to the block.

My friend came by and looked and found the number on the block saver #15781 but looked the bell over inside and outside and did not see any numbers and like he said it seems like original paint with the factory sticker. Thanks Webby

No numbers stamped on those bells, just the block plate. The block plate 15781 is for a small block.
