Anyone tried to make a motor plate for the small block?

Thier was some on ebay for 109.00 plus shipping I drug my feet and it dont look like their available now. I know their are some out their for more money just trying to save thanks.

If you got one for sale let me know.

I can help you out on the motor plate and I can go one better,I have a factory MP water pump housing that is already milled for the motor plate. Neat piece from the 70's and its brand new in the box. PM me if your interested and I will take pictures of it.

I made mine using a Competition Engineering piece that was drilled to the point where it looked like Swiss **** as a template......if you can score one for 112.00 , you are doing alright because after time and materials , you aren't saving much and the novelty of doing it yourself isn't worth that much.
Mine is for an open belt cam drive , so getting the radius above the cam sprocket right took a Gorton Master mill , a rotary table and a lot of head scratching during set up.
Even at 150.00 buying makes sense.

Thaks for the replys guys. I'll check out the 112.00 one.

Hemichuck I sent you a pm thanks.
