Small E Clip Tool

I like using a VERY small regular screwdriver and a magnet. The spring loaded "jusus" tool doesn't take them off so you still need to pry. The tool just keeps them from flying.
I use a fresh vise grip needle nose chocked up real close to the edge for installation.

the one we used had a screwdriver handle, and was longer than these

Fwiw, I just put a rag around the linkage before pushing or pulling the clip off so it can't go far. Same for installing.
