out taking a tour around the block (5miles ) country block on the the way back smoke not elec ,oil smoke comeing out valve cover vents lots an lots . i do believe i smoke a ring glad or piston do to the amount of blow by. what are some of you'alls thoughts

You need to do more than drive it to see if it's abig deal. Stick a vacuum gage on the carb and take a reading at idle, then get compression readings from each cylinder.
