Sniper EFI Hyperspark question

Does the Sniper EFI still “self learn” with the Hyperspark distributor, or is it only a self learn system without timing control?

It will self learn with or without the Hyperspark distributor, I run mine with a stock ignition.

The self learning for fuel is there regardless of what ignition you have.

No EFI system out there is self learning for the optimal ignition curve. Adaptronic tried that a while ago and dropped that feature; it probably didn't work very well.
