Truck rolling chassis - $500 (mica)

This is a complete chassis out of a class A mid 70's Dodge motor home.

I will part out and scrap what is left:

Dodge dually Dana 60 4.56:1 rear end $250 (tires and wheels)
front straight axle with wheels and tires $150

I see motorhomes go for cheap all the time around here. Not too long ago, a complete 360 powered "van nose" one for ??800?? I think. If I was a bit younger and "had some acerage" I'd 'a bought 'er.

I've cut down 3 class As and a dozen or so imperials and newyorkers for the 440s in my younger days.
Cheap way to get a good running engine back then.
I won't even go look at the motor homes these days for fear I would be tempted to do it again even tho I don't need the motor. What a huge mess to clean up.

I'd love to have that straight axle.

Watch this one!

My grandpa had a saying, "That guy's too dumb to move away from a rock when a cow is pissing on it."

This guy steps that up one more level...

At least he has a sense of humor about it and laughs with everyone else.... LOL!
