Spark Plug Gap

72 Dodge Dart Swinger, 225, 2bbl Carb, Mild cam, Long Tube headers, electornic distributor. I am just trying to find out what gap my spark plugs should be at. Thanks!!

nothing more than .037 on stock ignition (my stock slant with blaster II coil liked this), .045 if your on a ballast by-pass with hot coil, MSD, or HEI setup

Optimal is as big a gap as you can without missing. It misses first at max cylinder pressure, which occurs at high throttle, low-speed, like entering a freeway ramp or starting uphill.
