speedo cable routing

Hi, after a many years restoring my 67 barracuda, I would install my speedo cable, I want to know if the cable routing is over or under the wiper arm, thank you,,,

It would not be routed between the wiper linkage and the firewall.

Under, and you may have to tweak the cable housing a bit to keep it from hitting the wiper linkage and rubbing a hole in it.
Bends are ok in the cable if you make them gradual, so don't try to keep against the firewall and then bend it suddenly where it goes into the firewall to stay under the wiper linkage.

A nice gradual sweeping curve is best.
