The speedo gear has to be calculated with the rear end ratio and tire size. This isn't an one fits all situation if you want it to work correctly.

If all is as it should be tire wise, you can go with the rear ratio and just get the corresponding speedo gear, meaning that if it is a 3:23 rear you would need a 32 tooth gear, 3:55=35 tooth and so on!! If the tire size is close to stock this would get you real close. Geof
