Spindle difference between A and B/E body

I have a 69 Dart that I need spindles for- I can't find any new, but are the spindles for the B/E bodies the same except for the larger upper ball joint? Would the geometry be the same?
 
What A body spindles are you looking for? 9" drum, 10" drum, '72 and earlier four piston Kelsey Hayes disc, and '73 and later single piston disc are all different spindles/knuckles.
Are you upgrading or just replacing your existing pieces?
