I repaired my splash sheilds for my 68 cuda vert
they are not like new ones but they will work.

Expensive part that's barely seen. Heck yeah! Save the coin for stuff that can't be fixed.

Looks like they should work fine. Fiberglass?

I took galvanized tin cut to the shapes I needed then a bit of hammer and dolly work
and then pop riveted the pieces in place then flatened the rivets with the hammer
and dolly and anvil when possible, then I went over the patches with kitty hair
(fiber glass) then a few hits with the grinder to smooth it out and then blasted them with
spray on rubber under coating. The reason for using pop rivets was the the rusty metal
was just burning away when I tried to put real metal patches in. Bonus is the galvanized
tin and aluminum rivets will never rust. Thanks for the compliments and comments folks.
