Spokane PD steps in it again, LOL

They hired "some guy" named Paul Lewis to "consult" with the Spokane PD evidently something supposed to be promoting better pubic relations.

So the guy is staying at a swank downtown HO - tel, the Davenport. The story goes that he got into some conflab and ended up calling some woman a "ho" and what-turns-out-to-be here BROTHER her pimp. A fisticuffs insued, and this consultant got charged with 4th degree assault.

Don't these people do ANY background checking on people they pay the "big money" to?
