Is it correct that the spool mounts for the DC K-frame are the same as any 73 and up big block B or C body??

Jim - do you know of a source for these mounts? Like actually a source for new ones as opposed to used ones on ebay

E-bay is about it these days. Used be the occasional NOS set on E-bay, but there may not be any around anymore. Inserts (poor quality) are available from most parts houses. Poly is available, as well.
