Looking at a Holley 650 cfm spreadbore carb to go on top of my Eddy performer intake for my 383. Does anyone know what years this carb was used and maybe on what applications? List 7004-2. Does anyone have any opinions about this setup? Sounds like 650 will be plenty of carb for mildly modified 383 and spreadbore will work with intake. Has 8 carb mounting holes for either spread or square with opening for both. I thought small primaries sounded good for low end torque and around town MPG while large secondaries will provide more than enough umph. Like a TQ. Has anyone tried this and how did it work? Thanks
