Is it possible to measure the rocker arm ratio on stamp steel rockers?

measure lift at lobe and run a solid lifter. Measure the drop of the rocker at the pushrod oiler hole (take out any slop in the pushrod) . Example: if the lobe is a .300 lift off the base circle and the valve moves .450, then you got 1.5:1. Stamped are not going to be that accurate, but they sure are cheap to make.
