Dam steering box is loose again.Sure wished I put some thread locker on the bolts.Whats worse my headers make it hard to get at the 3 bolts,I can get in there and snug it up,but looks like I will have to drop the headers to get them out,and do it right this time.Thought I would say all this as to remind anyone that forgets.Thease car are like our gals needs lots of attention.
 
I think the green Locktite is made for things that are already assembled. Sort of a penetrating stuff that seeps into the threads & locks them. You could try that.
 
surely you could slip an open ender (spanner) up from underneath and hold the nuts (or bolt heads, depending on how you put the bolts through) and its easy to get to the other side of those three bolts that go through the chassis, through the wheel opening
 
Those working loose was a fairly common issue with early models. Chrysler Corp.provided majority of funds to develop lock tite spacificly for those 3 bolts. They changed the bolt type too.
