Standard manual steering ratio was 26:1, almost 6 turns lock-to-lock. This is what I have on my 67 Barracuda.
Fast ration 16:1 was an option from 65-69, but it's very rare, and I particularly doubt it was supplied on big block cars, as it would make the steering effort enormous.
Never say never with MOPAR!
I have an original big block 69 Formula-S that came with quick ratio steering!
I don't think the steering effort is all that difficult.
