steering colum?

i have a 72 scamp and i am going to use my manual steering box yet my old colum was from power steering car so ive been told i need adapter ???

or would it be easier to just ask if anyone knows where a 72 valiant manual steering colum is??

I am going to be putting a power steering column into my non-power steering 68 fish. I think the adapter needed is:

yup thats the adapter. I think you can also swap shafts on your column too if you like your existing column but need the length.

sirdan so your saying i can swap my manual colum onto my power colum so i can keep the looks of my power colum? just to clarify

You can swap the center shaft out. So If you find a green beat to hell manual column you could swap the shaft into your pristine black column (for example). I can't seem to find any articles on how to do it though.

For what its worth I ended up going with an adapter.
