steering column id

I bought this from a member here and he thinks it's a 68ish abody p/s column.can anyone here tell by the amount of shaft showing if it's a manual or p/s?i could tell if it had come with the coupler but it didn't.it's about 3 1/4 in.from the bottom of the column to the shaft pin.thanks for your time.
