Steering Gear 67 Cuda

Has anyone ever replaced the steering gear on a 1967 Barracuda 273 CI? What is involved or should I even try it on my own?

Beyond a pitman arm puller, and separating the box coupling from the steering gear, I removed 4 bolts from exhaust manifolds to exhaust Y pipe so that would move about. Some of our members have had a very difficult experience at that box coupling r&r.
The 3 bolts that attach the steering gear to K member are torqued ( you might find special bolts, identified by special heads, in a 67 ) and should be properly re installed or they will work loose.
