Steering linkage pics

I have a rear mounted universal flaming river rack and pinion under my car right now and its causing issues with the exhaust routing. It is routed under the rack causing exhaust to be too low to the ground. So I was thinking about switching to a OEM steering linkage with a power box. I was wondering if someone could take some detailed photos of the entire steering linkage and box mounting etc. With the power rack under it mounted on the rear of the cross member the discs I think have just been switched to from one side to the other to be able to hook the tie rod ends up on the back side...is this how its usually done? I just dont know what the oem style set up is suppose to look like and where everything is suppose to bolt up. Thanks....Roy

Ok Ive googled some images but havent found any truly good pics of the linkage. I does look like the linkage is in the back side of the crossmember, is this correct? Sorry to sound dumb, but I am not at all familiar with these type of cars.

10-4 drag link and tie rods to the rear, and exhaust normally mounted rear of that.
