steering wheel adapter

Does anyone know if someone makes a steering wheel adapter that would fit a momo 6 hole steering wheel on a 72 dart

I bought mine from a ebay source. One inch billet aluminum.
The spacer had a different thread in the bolt holes. Finding the chrome head allen screws to put it all together was another task.
