I am looking for a replacement for my steering wheel. In Arizona they don’t rust but plastic will disintegrate.

You might be interested in the optional woodgrained sports steering wheel. I’ve got two listed for sale in the interior for sale forum

My steering wheel.was in the same condition as yours, with separated cracks and a chunk off the center identical to yours.

I ended up trying JB Weld to glue it together and fill all the crack. I sanded it and added more JB Weld - like it was Bondo.

I was the one most amazed that it actually worked extremely well. Primed it with plastic adhesion primer and painted it with base coat/ clear coat. I have had zero issues.

That's a real nice dash. I like the white on contrast with the black too.
