Steering Wheel

My 72 dart has the steering wheel that has 3 pads on the spokes to blow the horn. My question is if i switch to the regular steering wheel w/ the horn button in the center does everything match up, or are there more pieces required to make the swap

70 and newer will fit no problem. 69 and older has a smaller center
