Can Anyone tell me where I can get mu 74 Duster instrument cluster cleaned, refaced and tested?

Does anyone have a test procedure or know of anyone who works on these instrument clusters on the side?
I want to refinish it in semi gloss black and eliminate the simulated wood grain.
